Refund Policy — ReloadTV

This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases made on ReloadTV.

Digital Goods

Subscriptions grant immediate access to digital content. As such, payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription is activated.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, charged multiple times for the same plan, or could not access the service due to a verified technical fault on our side, you may be eligible for a refund.

How to Request

Contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
